How does the calculator work?

Enter how many adults and children you're preparing for and how long you want to be covered (in days or months). The app computes your household's daily calorie need and turns it into recommended quantities of grains, protein/legumes, vegetables, fruit, fats, dairy, sugars, and water, based on standard long-term storage guidelines. Water is planned at 1 gallon per person per day.

Can I change the calorie target?

Yes. Under Daily Calories you can keep the Standard long-term target or pick a different calorie goal per adult; every food quantity rescales to match. Children are counted as a percentage of an adult ration, which you can adjust in Settings.

What's included in Pro?

How do I turn a plan into a shopping list?

From a plan, tap Create Shopping List. With Pro, you can compare a plan against your tracked inventory so the list shows only what's missing, and export it as a PDF to take to the store.

Is my data private?

Yes. All plans and inventory are stored locally on your device. There is no account and we collect no personal data on our servers. See our Privacy Policy.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Manage or cancel any time in the App Store under your Apple Account settings. Purchases restore automatically on devices signed in to the same Apple Account. You can also tap Restore Purchases on the paywall.
