MedsOnBoard

A privacy-first medication log for iPhone.

MedsOnBoard records and displays medications, care notes, and related schedules for the people you look after. It records and displays. It never decides and never blocks.

What it keeps

  • Medications, schedules, and dose logs exactly as you enter them.
  • Care instructions and notes, with optional photos.
  • Profiles for the people on your device, with optional names and photos.

Local-first, by design

Care data is stored on your device. No account. No email or password collected by the app. No analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, no third-party trackers. We do not have access to your local data, and we do not sell it. You can view, export, and delete everything in the app. See the Privacy Policy.

Not a medical device

MedsOnBoard is a record-keeping tool. It is not a regulated medical device, it does not give medical advice, and it is not a substitute for the guidance of a qualified clinician.
