Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using LoadLedger ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

EMSERO grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on iOS/iPadOS devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

3. Record-keeping tool only: safety and lawful use

LoadLedger is a personal record-keeping and organization tool for handloaders. It is not a source of load data and does not provide reloading recipes, safety, or engineering advice. You are solely responsible for the safety, accuracy, and legality of your reloading activity.

• Always follow current published load data from reputable powder, bullet, and component manufacturers, and observe safe handloading practices.
• The values you record in the App are the values you enter; the App does not verify that any load is safe. Do not rely on the App to determine whether a load is safe to fire.
• You are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing the possession, reloading, and use of ammunition and components.
• Reloading involves inherent risks. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EMSERO assumes no responsibility or liability for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from reloading activities or from your use of the App.

4. Subscriptions and purchases

Pro features are available through an auto-renewable monthly or annual subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase.

• Billing: payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal: a subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Managing and canceling: you can manage or cancel your subscription in the App Store under your Apple Account settings after purchase.
• Payment processing: all payments are processed by Apple. EMSERO does not collect or store your payment information.
• Refunds: refund requests are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App; reverse engineer or decompile it; rent, lease, sell, or sublicense it; or use it for any illegal purpose.

6. Ownership

The App and all intellectual property rights in it remain the property of EMSERO. These Terms grant you no rights to EMSERO's trademarks or logos.

7. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any data you store or compute in it is accurate or safe to rely upon.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EMSERO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP OR FROM ANY RELOADING ACTIVITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL EMSERO'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Changes

We may modify or discontinue the App and may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

11. Privacy

Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.
